Depending on the features enabled by the merchant, the information we may access includes:

• Shopify store domain and store-related information
• Product and variant information required for shipping and delivery configuration
• Order information required to manage delivery or pickup scheduling
• Delivery and pickup dates and time slot information
• Shipping, delivery, and pickup configuration settings
• Store location and fulfillment location information
• App settings and configuration data created by the merchant

The App only accesses customer or order information when it is necessary for the App's shipping, delivery, pickup, scheduling, fulfillment, or related functionality.

2. How We Use the Information

Information accessed through the App is used to provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality.

This includes:

• Configuring delivery and pickup options
• Managing delivery dates and time slots
• Managing pickup dates and time slots
• Applying shipping, delivery, and pickup rules
• Associating delivery or pickup scheduling information with orders
• Supporting store locations and fulfillment settings
• Saving merchant app settings and configurations
• Providing customer and merchant support

We do not sell or rent merchant information or personal information to third parties. 4. Shopify Data

We do not use Shopify merchant or store data for purposes unrelated to providing and improving the App's functionality unless otherwise permitted by applicable law or with the merchant's consent.

When a merchant uninstalls the App, we will delete or anonymize information that is no longer required for legitimate business or legal purposes, subject to applicable Shopify requirements and applicable law.

7. Merchant Rights

Merchants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with their store by contacting us.

We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and Shopify requirements.

8. Shopify Data Deletion Requests

If a merchant uninstalls the App or submits a valid data deletion request, we process the applicable Shopify data deletion request in accordance with Shopify's requirements and our legal obligations.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our App, business practices, legal requirements, or Shopify requirements. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
